Bug & Enhancement Requests Tracking Window
Here will be your list of Reported Bugs and Enhancement Requests.
Attachments will be listed in a separate area below the actual email
Text area.
The Attachment area is only visible when a record with attachments is selected.
To view an attachment, double click on it.
For Bugs:
- Bug # - The # assigned to this Bug
- Priority - (Low,Medium,High).
- Status - Status of this Bug, you can add values in the Bug Customize Window.
- Problem Type - Type of Bug reported, you can add values in the Bug Customize Window.
- Operating System - OS reported being used in bug, you can add values in the Bug Customize Window.
- Date Logged - Date Bug entered into System.
- Date Closed - Date Bug is Fixed.
- Bug Version - Version of the Program that has the Reported Bug.
- Fixed Version - Version of the Program that has the Bug Fixed.
- Description - This is the Email Subject if it was merged from the Email Window.
- Reported by Customer - This is User If the Email Sender Address is found in the User Database during merge.
- Non-Customer Name - This is the Email Sender if Email Sender Address is not in User Database during merge.
- Non-Customer Email - This is Email Sender Address if not found in User Database during merge.
- Bug-Report - Is the Actual Email Text.
- Notes - This field is for you to store any information you want.
For Requests:
- Request # - The # assigned to this Enhancement Request
- Priority - (Low,Medium,High).
- Status - Status of this Request, you can add values in the Bug Customize Window.
- Request Type - Type of Request, you can add values in the Bug Customize Window.
- Date Logged - Date Request entered into System.
- Date Closed - Date Request is Implemented.
- Implemented Version - Version of the Program that has the Request Added.
- Description - This is the Email Subject if it was merged from the Email Window.
- Requested by Customer - This is User If the Email Sender Address is found in the User Database during merge.
- Non-Customer Name - This is the Email Sender if Email Sender Address is not in User Database during merge.
- Non-Customer Email - This is Email Sender Address if not found in User Database during merge.
- Enhancement Request - Is the Actual Email Text.
- Notes - This field is for you to store any information you want.
Select the Product that you want to view. Now click on either Bugs or Requests.

Icon Meanings
Change Filter (you must click button again after making changes to make them affective)
Add a New Record
Edit the Current Record
Delete the Current Record
Save Changes when you are Adding or Editing
Cancel Changes when you are Adding or Editing
Print the Current Selected Record(s)
Open the Help File
Close the Window
