We take Customer Service and Support of our Products
seriously. During our normal business hours Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
E.S.T. you can expect a reply to your Email question that evening.
During evenings and weekends we will do our best to reply that
evening/day.
The worst case scenario, you will receive a reply with 12 hours. If
you have not received a reply within 12 hours please contact us again explaining
that you haven't had a reply. Most likely the reason is due to your Email spam
filter settings.
If you encounter a bug or you have a suggestion for an
improvement or you just want to request a feature added to one of our
products please contact us about it. We do want to hear about all of your
issues.

If you are having a problem or have a question with one of
our products please first look at the help file to see if your question or
problem is answered there. Each one of our products comes with a help file
that is accessable from within the program. You can also view each products
