If you have any questions before you purchase one of our products please don't hesitate to contact us. During our normal business hours Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm E.S.T. you can expect a reply to your Email question that evening. During evenings and weekends we will do our best to reply that evening/day.
The worst case scenario, you will receive a reply with 12 hours. If you have not received a reply within 12 hours please contact us again explaining that you haven't had a reply. Most likely the reason is due to your Email spam filter settings.

Purchase
Currently, you can purchase one of our products OnLine through Pay-Pal or SWREG. You can also buy through the mail.
When buying online you will receive an Email from Pay-Pal or SWREG confirming your purchase. You will then receive an Email from us containing your registration code and further instructions on how to download. Orders made Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm E.S.T. will get this E-mail that evening. Orders made any other time will get this E-mail within 12 hours.
